1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products (printed, embroidered, or personalized apparel and merchandise), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design that does not match your approved artwork or order confirmation).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Reporting an Issue

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or error
  • A brief description of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-printed, embroidered, or personalized products with correct specifications.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear after delivery.
  • Sale and clearance items.

4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, manufacturing defect).

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • For incorrect items, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund, based on your preference.
