1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and design approval (where applicable).
- Custom printed and embroidered items may require 5–10 business days of production time depending on order complexity and volume before shipment.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Delivery Area: We currently ship within Malaysia.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel weight, and selected courier service.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- West Malaysia: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- East Malaysia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable courier partners to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. You will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
